Last Monday I had some bananas to use up, so I went to my go-to banana chocolate chip muffin recipe. When I was pregnant with Gracie, I pretty much made a batch of these a couple times a week, and I’d warm the muffins up before eating them… mmm. I have not craved them very much since, so we haven’t had them very often, but they always get gobbled up when we do make them.
The only change I make is the sugar – I use less than a 1/4 cup, and they are plenty sweet with the bananas. And all the chocolate, mmm.
This morning we are having a repeat – these pumpkin chocolate chip muffins to celebrate Thanksgiving week!
